Objective

Nordic Business Forum started in 2010 as a small event in central Finland is now a Northern Europe-wide series of business events committed to building leaders who change the world. The forum cater to CEOs, business executives, and entrepreneurs alike, and host world-class business conferences in Finland, Norway, the Netherlands, and of course also online. Events attract about 10,000 attendees and tens of thousands of live stream viewers from all over the world.

Competences:
1. Learning to learn-
You develop critical and analytical mindset that helps you to study and review existing knowledge in the light of relevant learning resources and learning methods; incentivizes you to acquire new knowledge; and develops your intellectual capabilities to seek conclusions and draw inferences in various contexts
2. Responsible international business management-
You develop your intellectual capabilities to seek conclusions and draw inferences in an international environment to become responsible manager. You develop creative and insightful solutions to solve complex business problems both in the present and the future with explicit emphasis on local and international standards of ethics, responsibility, and sustainability and implications on various stakeholders.

Teaching methods

The official Nordic Business Forum 2024 streaming event at Crazy Town, Jyväskylä, Finland, on September 25-26, is an extraordinary two-day event for C-level executives and business owners. 6,500 people from 40 different countries in Helsinki will get together in Messukeskus while over 25,000 participants will tune in via livestream.

Centered around the theme of Courageous Leadership, the event offers a topical overview of the global business landscape. World’s leading business experts such as Mario Draghi, Brené Brown, Adam Grant, and Bozoma Saint John, will share their expertise on strategy, talent development, and customer experience.

The event is located in Crazy Town, Kauppakatu 39, Jyväskylä is the creative collaborative workspace provider for the local entrepreneurs and innovators offering the unique networking and creative environment for the start-ups. For the purpose of this event Jamk Talent Boost, Crazy Town, School of Business and Technology of Jamk collaborate to offer students the networking opportunities with local enterprises and give the forum for broadening your business perception horizons.
