4 (Very Good) Student reflects a readiness in management role, shares experiences and develop skills and understanding further. The student demonstrates employment law, collective labor agreement and can apply those to planning and leading to profitable outcome. The grade for the course is based on the personal final assignment.

Exam dates and retake possibilities

The theme-specific learning assignments and/or group work must be completed and returned during the course.

The personal final assignment is scheduled to be returned on 16th of March 2025.

The retake of the final personal learning assignment is possible on 25th of April 2025 and 16th of May 2025.

Content scheduling

During the course, theme-specific introductions at classroom sessions, independent and group study will alternate.
Additionally, learning tasks will be completed throughout the duration of the course according to the schedule which will be announced at the beginning of the spring term.
The personal final assignment is built along the course based on theme specific assignments and final reflection at the end of the course.

Attendees will be checked within three weeks of the start of the implementation, and securing a study place on the course requires approved completion of the orientation assignment.
