Production and Use of Agrobiomass Fuels (3cr)

Objective

The students know the wood- and straw-like bioenergy crops suitable for cultivation in Finland and are able to assess the profitability of their cultivation from the perspective of rural entrepreneurship. They are familiar with the use of agrobiomass and its potential further use in different size categories.

Qualifications

Knowledge of the forms of bioenergy, their properties and use. Knowledge of the cultivation of grain and fodder
