Learning outcomes of the course
Participant understands and has applied the process of Service Design and is competent to use diffent tools and methods for customer insight, ideation, prototyping, experimentation, conzeptualization and evaluation. The participant understands creative processes and is competent to lead creative teams. Participant is aware of his/hers creative identity.
In the program teampreneur develops a service of his/hers own choosing / Business challenge given by a customer. The work is supported by contact coaching and study trips, which serve for training different methods and tools, to get to know case examples, reflect learning and competence building and the progress of the development projects.
