Learning outcomes of the course
The participants have the knowledge and skills required for the building of long-term customer relationships and networks. They are able to adapt business activities according to customer needs, as regards mental pictures and operation. They understand the principles of the building of client portfolios, and are able to maintain and develop customer relationships.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Mastery of the basic theories and methods of marketing in practice.
Assessment criteria - grade 1 and 2
Self-assessment, coach-assessment and peer-assessment of the aforementioned implementations. The coach determines the final grade.
