The students understand the clothing retail industry`s product knowledge, demonstrates critical thinking, know how to apply their knowledge and solve independently and innovatively acquired data with different customers and the fashion trade customer service processes and related problems, such as the model, material and size choices. Students share their knowledge to others in the form of an analytical and informative presentation.

He/she has extensive knowledge of the most common product categories and brands. He/she knows how to share knowledge to other students.
The students know the clothing retail industry`s necessary product knowledge and knows how to solve, independently the usual problems of customers product choices. The student's expertise is reflected in the content of the presentation. Expertise covers the areas of the study period.
The student will be able to help with a variety of clients in the model and size selections, as well as understanding of textiles as a raw material used in the impact of natural and synthetic fibres properties of the products in use. He knows how to compare the different features of the fibre group differences. The student will participate in the presentation of assignments.
The student has a beginner's knowledge on the clothing sectors customer service. He/She knows some of the product groups and brands, as well as the size selection. Knows the most common materials for textiles used in the natural and synthetic fibres, as well as a part of their properties. Students participate in practical work. Knowledge is narrow and low.
If the students does not meet the minimum criteria set for the course, the grade is 0.
