The student understands the concepts and phenomena of congress and meeting industry. The student knows congress and meeting tourism actors and key services both nationally and internationally. The student is able to describe critical success factors related to the meeting process and apply them in practice in the implementation of high-quality meeting services.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
The student understands the concepts related to service operations and has basic customer competence. The student understands the general concepts and phenomena related to tourism.

Assessment criteria - grade 1 and 2
1 (Sufficient)
The student knows the concepts related to congress and meeting industry. The student knows congress and meeting tourism actors and key services. The student knows the basic meeting process and has an ability to apply it in practice.
2 (Satisfactory)
The student knows the concepts and phenomena of congress and meeting industry. The student knows congress and meeting tourism actors and the related key services. The student knows the basic meeting process, critical success factors in it and has an ability to apply those factors in practice.
3 (Good)
The student understands the concepts and phenomena of congress and meeting industry. The student knows congress and meeting tourism actors and key services both nationally and internationally. The student is able to describe critical success factors related to the meeting process and apply them in practice in the implementation of high-quality meeting services.
4 (Very Good)
The student understands the concepts and phenomena of congress and meeting industry. The student knows congress and meeting tourism actors and key services both nationally and internationally. The student is able to describe critical success factors related to the meeting process, analyze factors and apply them in practice in the implementation of high-quality meeting services.
