You can describe changes in the world of work and work and the factors affecting them. You identify factors and situations through which changes in the world of work affect work ability and changes in the work ability. You can apply the information about the changes in rehabilitation work that maintains practical work ability.

Trends of change in the world of work. Situations and challenges related to changes in the world of work and work itself. Changing practices of the world of work. Management of work ability in a changing world of work. New forms of work. Reforming competences.
