Students know how to utilise information and communications technology in work. Students have basic information on copyrights and information security and their significance. Students know the basics of office software (word processing, presentation graphics and spreadsheets). Students are familiar with social media tools and services. (not translated)

During the course students will complete the reporting templates which they can then utilize later on in their studies.

Basic copyright concepts and information security and their significance.
