In the course, you delve into the various frameworks, methods and best practices of project planning and its development.

You understand projects as processes. You will be able to develop project planning for your organization and select from a variety of frameworks, methods and good practices that are appropriate for your organization and apply them in practice.

After completing the course, you will understand the projects more broadly as part of your organisation's activities and goals at different levels. You will be able to take these aspects into account when planning projects. You will utilize theoretical knowledge of project planning and management for your own work and the development of your organisation's project activities. You will be able to critically evaluate different theories, methods and practices.

You will be able to develop your own project knowledge and skills, self-management and time management.

Sufficient (1): The student is familiar with the basics and terminology of project planning.

Satisfactory (2): The student is familiar with the basics and terminology of project planing, but has shortcomings in the application of key issues.

Good (3): The student knows the main things of the course: Knows the concepts and basic methods of project planning and is able to use them satisfactorily.

Very Good (4): The student masters the key issues and is able to apply them critically and innovatively in solving project planning problems using project planning theory, practical experience (lessons learned) and tacit knowledge.

Excellent (5): The student masters key issues and is able to apply them critically and innovatively in solving demanding project planning problems using project planning theory, practical experience (lessons learned) and tacit knowledge.
