Objective

The student understands versatile connections of work and can act in roles of a work community.
The student knows what is work development and leadership in the interprofessional organizations that use digitalization and connections.
The student recognizes and can use methods of service design in client processes.

54 (2ects) Studying the online material related to leadership and work development. 81h (3ects) Case work related to interprofessional distant- and digital services and service design (studying JAMK´s projects and other resources, case work in ad interprofessional team, case presentation in a case day or a case webinar.)

Exam related to leadership, development of work and service design.

Casework related to interprofessional distant- and digital services and service design. Case presentations during interprofessional case days.

LEARNING. Self directed learning and interprofessional team working. Webinars and a case day.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

PASSED The student can name and explain the basis of leadership, work development and methods of service design. The sudent can apply knowlege about leaderhip and work roles when planning a client process based on service design. The student can apply some of the benefits of professional networks and digital services.
