Objective
Object of the course:
The knowledge and skills you get on this course you will need in order to be able to manage the costs of the construction project effectively.

You are aware of where the costs of the construction project are made up and you know how to break them down by cost type.

Qualifications:
Ministry of the Environment guideline on the difficulty categories of building management tasks and qualifications of building managers, YM4/601/2015.
The studies follow guidelines of curriculum performed in cooperation with Universities of applied sciences and construction industry in 2019.
