Objective

This course is ideally suited for students intending to expand their creative talent competence in international business environments (specially in global innovation and product/service revitalization areas). However, the creative tools learned in the course can be applied in any field.

The first part of the course will focus on developing students powerful creative engine. Solid conceptual frameworks will guide the discovery and growth of participants own creative processes. These concepts will be accompanied by 'creative-flow based' experiential assignments. Students will learn to identify their creative intelligence, build their own creative talent, and to activate high productivity states, that will have a powerful impact in their professional growth.

The second part of the course will vigorously incorporate the creative potential into the professional leadership context. Participants will learn to lead high-performing creative teams, to convert creative initiatives into practical innovations, to manage team transformations and renewal, and to apply creative tools for revitalizing products and services.
