Business simulation improves the learners' understanding and capabilities of running global business operations of a firm in a dynamic, competitive environment. The simulation game is used in advanced undergraduate, graduate and executive MBA programs in higher education and corporate training programs. In addition, the platform provides an opportunity to experience strategic positions for executing essential decisions for the company.
In this course, you are able to apply theoretical knowledge and experience in real-time challenges. Analyzing the market, following the competition, advancing in the technology, understanding consumer demand and their portfolio, executing the investment decision, organizing the expenses, human resource development and promoting the research and development operations in marketing.
