Tavoitteet

Opintojaksolla sinä syvennyt projektin suunnittelun ja sen kehittämisen erilaisiin viitekehyksiin, menetelmiin ja hyviin käytänteisiin.

Ymmärrät projektit prosesseiksi. Pystyt kehittämään organisaatiosi projektien suunnittelua ja valitsemaan erilaisista viitekehyksistä, menetelmistä ja hyvistä käytänteistä organisaatioosi sopivat ja soveltamaan niitä käytäntöön.

Opintojakson suoritettuasi ymmärrät projektit laajemmin osana organisaatiosi toimintaa ja eri tason tavoitteita. Osaat huomioida nämä näkökulmat projektien suunnittelussa. Hyödynnät projektien suunnittelun ja ohjauksen teoreettista tietoa omaan työhösi ja organisaatiosi projektitoiminnan kehittämiseen. Kykenet arvioimaan eri teorioita, menetelmiä ja käytänteitä kriittisesti.

Kykenet kehittämään omia projektitoiminnan tietojasi ja taitojasi, itsesi johtamista ja ajankäytön hallintaasi.

Opetusmenetelmät

The course is implemented flexibly as online studies. So you can study successfully anywhere mostly according to your plan and schedule. With group and individual guidance, you get support to solve the problems and complete exercises and a development assignment.

The course utilizes digital and interactive tools. E-learning includes e.g. online discussions with a group or teacher, assignments and tests in an e-learning environment to assess and develop your skills and learning, video lectures, and self-study of the source material.

E-learning is suitable for self-directed students who are interested in developing their skills. The wishes of the student group are taken into account in the implementation methods. Also, as a group of students, there is guidance in an e-learning environment and you can participate in online meetings of your choice. If you wish, you can also make appointments on your own and do learning assignments together, advising and receiving help and tips from other members of the group.

Harjoittelu- ja työelämäyhteistyö

It is recommended to link the development assignment of the course to the development of your work and the activities of your organization. It is also possible to develop your own business during the course.

You can also bring the development needs of your organization to be planned, refined, and solved as learning tasks.

Tenttien ajankohdat ja uusintamahdollisuudet

There are no exams. The deadline for returning assignments is Monday 17th of January (17.1.2022). If you need a grade by the end of the year 2021, please contact the lecturer.

Vaihtoehtoiset suoritustavat

The course is evaluated as a process evaluation, including:
- Tasks and tests of the e-learning environment
- Development assignments
- Development assignment including a seminar presentation of the work, done in a team or individually
- Activity during contact teaching and discussions in a learning environment.

The completion of the course can be constructed in part or in full as a personal study path via studification the activities that are part of your work.

Opiskelijan ajankäyttö ja kuormitus

Seminar days or online meetings take 15 – 35 hours.

Independent and group work is 100 – 120 hours, which includes guidance in the e-learning environment and through the Zoom online working environment.

The total workload and the need for time are 135 hours (the amount of work required for one ECTS credit is 27 hours).

Arviointikriteerit, tyydyttävä (1-2)

Välttävä (1): Opiskelija tuntee projektinsuunnittelun perusasiat ja terminologian.

Tyydyttävä (2): Opiskelija tuntee projektin suunnittelun perusasiat ja terminologian, mutta hänellä on puutteita keskeisten asioiden soveltamisessa.

Arviointikriteerit, hyvä (3-4)

Hyvä (3): Opiskelija osaa opintojakson keskeiset asiat: Tuntee projektinsuunnittelun käsitteet ja perusmenetelmät sekä osaa tyydyttävästi hyödyntää niitä.

Kiitettävä (4): Opiskelija hallitsee keskeiset asiat ja osaa soveltaa niitä kriittisesti ja innovatiivisesti ratkaistaessa projektin suunnittelun ongelmia projektijohtamisen teoriaa, käytännön kokemuksia (lessons learned) ja hiljaista tietoa hyödyntäen.

Arviointikriteerit, kiitettävä (5)

Erinomainen (5): Opiskelija hallitsee keskeiset asiat ja osaa soveltaa niitä kriittisesti ja innovatiivisesti ratkaistaessa vaativia projektin suunnittelun ongelmia projektijohtamisen teoriaa, käytännön kokemuksia (lessons learned) ja hiljaista tietoa hyödyntäen.

Opiskelija pystyy johtamaan itseään ja ajankäyttöään tehokkaasti.
