Sisällön jaksotus

Opintojaksolla vuorottelevat vuorovaikutteiset luennot kontaktitunneilla ryhmäkeskusteluineen, itsenäiset oppimistehtävät sekä ryhmätyöt. Kurssin lopussa tehdään henkilökohtainen lopputehtävä.

Tavoitteet

The purpose of the course is that after completing this course, you will have comprehensive understanding of leadership and management. The purpose is to provoke interest towards leadership and management studies and leadership work.

Opetusmenetelmät

Opintojaksolla on neljä teemaa ja näihin liittyen on kolme oppimistehtävää ja lopputehtävä. Oppimista tuetaan alustusluennoilla, teemakohtaisilla opintomateriaaleilla ja pienryhmäkeskusteluilla.

Kaikki oppimistehtävät tulee tehdä ja luennoille on osallistuttava, jotta kurssista voi saada suorituksen.

Tenttien ajankohdat ja uusintamahdollisuudet

Teemakohtaiset oppimistehtävät tehdään ja palautetaan opintojakson aikana.
Ryhmäkeskusteluihin osallistutaan opintojakson aikataulussa.
Henkilökohtaisen lopputehtävän palautus on toukokuussa 2025, tarkka ajankohta ilmoitetaan opintojakson alussa.
Henkilökohtaisen lopputehtävän uusiminen on mahdollista kesäkuussa. Tarkka aikataulu ilmoitetaan opintojakson alussa.

2 (Satisfactory)
You are able to explain the significance of leadership and management to organisations. You are able to utilise the basic concepts describing leadership and management and the operation of an organisation. You understand theories of leadership and contemporary leadership trends. You understand your capabilities and motivation for leadership work. You are able to work in a team in a collaborative and goal-oriented way.

3 (Good)
You are able to utilise the basic concepts describing leadership and management and the operation of an organisation. You are able to analyse the basic concepts describing leadership and management and the operation of an organisation and identify connections between them.
