Objective
Purpose of the Course Module
In the Marketing Communications course module, you learn the significance of responsible marketing communications in the profitable growth of a company. You will acquire the skills and tools needed to implement your team company's marketing communications in practice. The course strengthens your expertise in marketing communication and content production.

Learning to Learn: You will learn to create an annual marketing strategy, a marketing calendar, and produce content on current topics.
Learning in the Workplace: You will learn to create goal-oriented marketing and marketing materials for your team company's products, services, and projects for current and potential customers.
Ethics: You will learn to implement responsible marketing by adhering to the principles of responsible marketing.
Sustainable Development: You will be able to identify sustainable development principles in marketing your team company and the entire Team Academy community's products and services.
Proactive Development: You learn to stay within pre-agreed schedules and budgets when planning future marketing campaigns and packages. You learn to be flexible and make changes to plans to achieve predetermined goals.

In the Marketing Communication course module, you learn to build and practically implement a marketing strategy for your team company. You will understand how to build a company's brand and desired image. You will gain the skills and tools to execute result-oriented content production across different marketing channels. You learn to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented marketing communications. You can share your expertise within the team. You learn to reflect on your marketing communication skills through writing and dialogue with the team. You are capable of taking responsibility for your own learning and actions.
