Descriptions

TThe multimodal group starting in January 2025 will specialize in management and leadership studies. The studies include a variety of business studies, but the emphasis is in managing resilience. Studies give students an understanding of core concepts, theories and tools related to management of resilience and human resources. Sustainability and resilience are central success factors for businesses; thus, the students are given an overall understanding of renewal, and an ability to use its management tools for individuals, work communities and organizations.

Through their studies, students understand the significance of human resource management (HRM) in achieving company’s strategic goals. In addition, they gain knowledge about HR practices and processes, occupational well-being, and legal requirements in HR work. Moreover, they learn about the opportunities of digitalization and digital HR tools which they can use in HRM. Various HR specialist and team manager positions are possible career options for students of this group.
