Students master the concepts and methods related to the lifecycle of a product or service. They understand the lifecycle stages from a strategic and operational perspective. The students are able to improve their own and the organisation's work and find new solutions.

The students are able to manage organisations and develop their activities. They master the management of lifecycle competence. The students are also able to manage and develop their own competence.

The students master the methods of research and development in the reform of working life. They are able to critically assess the methods of research and development work and information based on evidence or research. The students master good scientific practices and ethical principles in research and development activities.

The students are able to define the organisation's strategies based on objectives and lead the strategic development. They are familiar with the industry norms and standards.

The students are able to analyse the organisation's activities in view of financial indicators and manage all stages of the lifecycle in a profitable manner. They are able to analyse financial and other factors that affect decision-making.
