Osaamistavoitteet

The student is able to acquire forecasting information from national and international sources, and is able to apply it critically in work life development. The student is able to utilize participative methods in workplace development. He is capable of creative and innovative problem solving and decision making in work life development. The student is able to apply his expertise in proactive organisational development. He can identify innovative approaches, PPP partnerships and entrepreneurship opportunities for quality, productivity and service development.

3 (Good): The student manages the theoretical framework of the field, and he is able to show his expertise both orally and in written form. He is able to recognize development needs in his organization.

4 (Very good): The student manages the theoretical framework of the field, and he is able to show his expertise both orally and in written form. He is able to recognize development needs in his organization, and he is able to utilize tools in development, forecasting and evaluation.

5 (Excellent): The student is able to creative and innovative problem solving and decision making in development of working life. The student can apply his expertise in proactive organisational development. He can identify innovative approaches, PPP partnerships and entrepreneurship opportunities for quality, productivity and service development. He has excellent communication skills.
