Osaamistavoitteet

The students are able to recognise the opportunities of the changes of the global environment and understand how the organisation can gain a competitive advantage. They know the strategic planning process and how to develop and control it.

The general criteria of the competences that the Master's Degrees awarded by Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences provide can be found on JAMK's web pages (http://www.jamk.fi/english/forstudents/studyguid e). The learning outcomes of individual courses are assessed in relation to the objectives of the course concerned. Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, level 7.

1 (Sufficient) - 2 (Satisfactory): The student knows the strategic planning process.
3 (Good) - 4 (Very good): The student understands how the organisation can gain a competitive advantage and how to develop and control it.
5 (Excellent): The student is able to recognize and utilize the opportunities of the global environment in his own organisation.
