On completion of this module, students should:
• Have an appreciation of the importance of business management in the music and media industries
• Understand and be able to apply the theories of key management theorists to real life
• Know the key principles and roles of management, and the theoretical and practical sides of this

• Theories and disciplines covered will include leadership skills, motivation theory, personnel management, organisation skills, time management, organisational structure, control and others
• Student will get an understanding of the essentials of human resource management and its significance to strategy of today’s business organization. He will learn key issues concerning recruitment, placement, development, labour relations, employee security and global human resource management.
