Upon the completion of the course a student is
• able to gather, analyse, and evaluate business data and information and transform empirical data into useful and actionable information (IS1)
• apply proven theoretical and conceptual knowledge of global business challenges in multicultural contexts. (PS1)
Sisältö
On the basis of the concepts of “creative industries” and the “experience economy” the course presents an introductory overview of theories about creative and experience economy. The applications of the experience marketing and the strategic role of creativity for future competitiveness will be in focus. The distinctive features of experience concept from other internal consumer constructs in marketing will be explored.
