Osaamistavoitteet
On completion of this course, student will be able to utilize the general sources of law, understand legal processes and jurisdiction and is able to interpret legal documents in the areas of contract law , private law and European law.The student is able to avoid problems arising out of contracts and be able to know the effects of contracts he or she is in charge.

Legal content of this course will range from subject matter of entering into contracts,legal aspects of negotiations, breach of contract and tort. Application of CISG, other international treaties and conventions will be studied.
