Osaamistavoitteet

Upon completion of the course the students are able to understand and take into account various aspects of management communication, negotiation and teamwork. They are able to participate and contribute in business meetings, negotiations and in teamwork – including the interaction between the teams involved in the course project.
Main Skills Acquired are: Organising teamwork, utilising team diversity, building communication practices.

Sisältö

Principled negotiation, learning conversations, building teams, communication in teams, decision-making in teams, conflict in teams, creativity in teams, internal dynamics of teams. Team-based project management. Inter- and Intra-team communication tools and practices.

Arviointikriteerit, tyydyttävä (1)

Excellent (5) - The student shows exceptional knowledge of subject material. The student demonstrates the ability to apply the material to real-life situations and challenges with superior communications skills
- Good (3-4) - The student shows good knowledge of material and concepts and is able to communicate these in an effective way
- Satisfactory (1-2) - The student shows only a satisfactory knowledge of the material and concepts but fails to show a convincing ability to apply the knowledge to real life situation nor to communicate the concepts in an effective manner.
