Osaamistavoitteet
Understanding of the basic composition of an aircraft and theory of flight. The student will be familiar with the main aspects of professional aviation and have an understanding of aviation regulations, the required organisations and cost elements involved in commercial and military flight operations.
Sisältö
Basic components and structure of an airplane. Basic aerodynamics. Aviation regulations and requirements of a commercial air operator. Cost elements of aircraft operations.
Esitietovaatimukset
Basic JUA mathematics and physics courses. Systems engineering and life cycle management.
