Recognize the basic values of social and welfare services and is able to apply professional ethics to customer service
Understand the significance of the social and health service system and the social security system for ensuring our well-being.
Identify the legislation for social, health care and rehabilitation services.
Recognize the essential national diseases and threats to the well-being of the population.
Understand the meaning of the entrepreneurial work approach and the significance of cultural differences in various operating environments.

Pass: The student is able to independently apply information he/she has acquired to solving problems related to various customers, customer groups and customer service processes. The student is able to propose creative solution models in various learning situations relevant to customerships. The student demonstrates critical and ethical thinking in applying the information he/she has acquired. The student has comprehensively mastered the theoretical knowledge of customerships.
Fail (0) The student has not mastered the basic knowledge in thematic areas related to customerships of social and health care services, or demonstrated his/her competence in various learning assignments.
