Osaamistavoitteet

The learning outcomes are accomplished in each student’s own area of nursing expertise. S/he is able to evaluate the knowledge base of his/her area of expertise and his/her own activities, and to develop them critically. The student masters the central clinical methods of his/her area of expertise and s/he applies technology to nursing.

The contents are implemented in each student’s own area of nursing expertise. Deepening competence in each student´s own nursing expertise area.

Esitietovaatimukset

Degree students:
The student masters the contents of the following courses: basic of nursing, health promotion and public health problems, family and community nursing and nursing in different health care settings. Drug calculation related to earlier competence areas passed.
Exchange/other students:
similar studies accepted by course teacher

Pass (S)
The student has advanced knowledge of developing his/her own area of expertise and a critical understanding of the theories and operating principles of the field. The student is able to form personal knowledge based on the international and the latest knowledge base of the course. He/she is able to assess it critically and shows creative thinking. The student is able to apply the information he/she has acquired in a versatile manner in the management and cooperative implementation of relevant learning assignments. He/she is able to use information and communication technology creatively to acquire, edit, produce and communicate relevant information.
Fail (0)
The student has not mastered the basic knowledge of nursing practice. The student does not have skills to solve problems related to nursing practice. The student does not demonstrate an ability to assume his/her share of responsibility for professional assignments. The minimum requirements of the degree (EQF 6) are not met.
