Osaamistavoitteet
The student will get familiar with some basic concepts of Management and Leadership. Students will learn team leader, self-management and team working skills by working in teams. Students are able to understand the concept of intrapreneurship and analyze him/her own entrepreneurial characteristics. Students will understand the enterprise business model - how does a company in social and health care sector work. Students will learn innovation and creative thinking skills and they will understand where to get help when they have a business idea of their own.
