* can make a basic service description
* can use an IT application under the auspices

In addition to the core competence required for grades 1 and 2, the student has a command of the skills listed below, and is also capable of making use of the skills learnt.
The students
* understand the complexity of providing and managing facilities from the viewpoints of different actors
* can plan elements of successful facility services
* can make a creditable service description
* can use well an IT application to facilities planning
5 (excellent)
In addition to the core competence required for grades 3 and 4, the student has a command of the skills listed below, and is also capable of making use of the skills learnt in a critical and innovative way.
The students:
* can assess the complexity of providing and managing facilities from the viewpoints of different actors
* can evaluate the elements of successful facility services
* can use an IT application very fluently to facilities planning
* can evaluate and analyse the quality of his/her own functions
