Osaamistavoitteet

The students
•find appropriate goals for the practical training with regard to their own professional development
•are able to apply an investigative and development-oriented approach to expert or supervisory tasks in a service company
•can identify and describe the management principles and methods of their practical training site
•can identify and analyse the sectors of responsible business at the practical training site and follow the principles of responsible business
•carry out a development project designed with the practical training provider
•can set further objectives for the development of their competence, in accordance with their career plans

at least 120 cr of completed studies

Practical training plan, recommended to include the presentation of the topic of the development task. Practical training report, including an attachment on the progress and results of the development task.
