Objective
The student understands the importance of Business Ethics and how Corporate Governance is used as a means for self-regulation in a company. He/She can analyze the different principles and practices in formulating and implementing Corporate Governance rules. The student can make a plan for a company to develop and start to implement a logical and reasonable Corporate Governance instruction

Business Ethics and general and widely accepted principles of Corporate Governance. Ethical demands and the commonly used practices in implementing Corporate Governance. A plan for a company to develop Corporate Governance principles and implementation instructions.
