The students
• know the structures, features and applications of programmable logic controllers
• is able to use versatile program structures in larger entities with standard programming languages
• know the in-depth user interface configuration methods of operator terminals and PC monitoring stations
• know bus technology related to logic controllers and can implement it

Very good (4-5): The student is familiar with logic entities. The student has a vision of the superiority of different solutions and can compare them in a critical manner. The working method is suitable for large entities and shows the accuracy and carefulness needed. Working is experienced, confident and shows the skills to apply the knowledge.
3: The student is familiar with some topics of the course and can create alternative solutions. Solutions are based on standard solutions and the problems are solved independently. Versatile use of the tools is successful.
1-2: The student can program logic controllers and is familiar with the main devices.
