The learning outcomes of a course will be assessed in accordance with its learning objectives on the basis of the skills and knowledge and general competences specified in The National and European Quality Management Systems (NQF/EQF, level 6).
GRADE 1:
The student displays the some achievement of the learning objectives for the course through versatile learning assignments. Student shows basic understanding of electronic service’s role in business introduced during the course.
GRADE 2:
In addition to the core competences required for grade 1, student is aware of different information sources relevant to the course content and can actively search for new information about eServices.
GRADE 3:
In addition to the competences required for grade 2, student is capable of making use of the skills learnt e.g. can suggest some new application areas for the electronic services introduced during the course.
GRADE 4:
In addition to the competences for grade 3, student shows that he/she is able to suggest new innovative applications for the electronic services and he/she shows some analytical thinking about change of the customers behavior affected by the new services.
GRADE 5:
In addition to the competences for grade 4, student shows that he is capable of defining customer oriented and profitable new electronic consumer services. Student has shown analytical and active contribution to all the learning assignments during the course.
Unless otherwise specified in the curriculum, successfully completed courses will be assessed using a five-point scale: 5 (Excellent), 4 (Very Good), 3 (Good), 2 (Satisfactory), and 1 (Sufficient). A course will be graded as a 0 (Fail) if the student is unable to achieve the minimum objectives of the course. In special cases, a course may be graded as an S (Pass) or a 0 (Fail).
