Osaamistavoitteet
The student acquires an overview of exporting procedures from the European Union perspective. The student knows the basics of international transportation, delivery terms, international trade agreements, export customs procedures and export documentation. The student understands the role of the exporter in fluent international deliveries and customer satisfaction, risk control, and the implications international agreements have on exporting practices. The student is able to communicate the concepts of exporting and is able to apply acquired knowledge to real-life situations.

Finland's international position, agreements pertaining foreign trade and practical routines connected with export activity. Export activity documentation,custom duty handling and legislation pertaining to it, freight and transportation options and care, Incoterms conditions, principles of export pricing, practical excercises.
