Osaamistavoitteet

The student can use the media as a marketing tool, as part of a company's overall marketing communication. She/He can handle the media, understanding its customs and practices and reacting to these in a goal-oriented way. The student realises and understands the results of the change in media use and media values and master public appearance. The students takes part in r&d activities as part of the course.

Sisältö

The history of commercial media, media organizations, the routines of media content production, media change in general, evaluation of the impact and efficiency of the media, communication and marketing as internal and external operations and functions in a company.

Esitietovaatimukset

Students are able to devise plans on marketing, PR and SP in various media.

Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, Level 6.The assessment criteria for individual courses are given in an annex to the implementation plan of the course.
