Objective
The students are able to psyche up for a job interview, know the factors affecting the interview, recognize the strategy of the interviewer, and are able to adjust their own strategy according to the situation. They are able to train for the interview situation in advance and know how to manage "difficult" questions. The goal is to win.
Content
The course aims to provide students with the ability to succeed better than the others in job interviews.
All interviews follow a certain pattern, and knowing this pattern contributes to success in the selection process. The interviewee has only a few decisive minutes to give the right impression. The course consists of about 20 individual practical exercises, each lasting for an hour, and related literature. The exercises are implemented in pairs. Course contents and influencing strategies have been developed in the USA by the leading consultancy of the field (Center Stage Communications). Completion: Practical exercises with simulated situational exercises.

Regular participation in contact classes, completion of exercises, reflecting on own progress
