Objective

The students recognize and can apply the methods and tools to evaluate and improve the logistics support of a system during its life. They are able to perform a logistics support analysis.

Content

Review of systems engineering and integrated logistics support. Availability, reliability, maintainability and supportability analyses. Life-cycle cost calculation.

Qualifications

Systems Engineering and Life Cycle Management.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

- Excellent (5): student identifies all methods and tools and is able to create an extensive logistics support analysis;
- Good (3-4): student identifies most methods and tools and is able to create an elementary logistics support analysis;
- Satisfactory (1-2): student identifies many methods and tools and is able to start a logistics support analysis.
