Objective
Taking normative requirements into account, the student is able to implement and maintain a quality management system. S/he understands quality as a tool for reaching strategic goals. The student is able to manage development projects, and analyze and improve processes. The student knows the content of the relevant quality management rules and standards and is able to apply those. The student is able to identify target-group-specific requirements and different reference groups.

There will be 3 sessions in Teams: 12.03.2026 17.00 - 20.00 16.04.2026 17.00 - 20.00 29.04.2026 17.00 - 20.00 The implementation (assignments/deadlines) will be seen in Moodle. Link to Teams and Moodle will be sent by email about 1 week before the course starts.

Teaching methods
Interactive online lectures in Teams. Group and individual assignments in Moodle. Materials will be available in Moodle.
Exam schedules
2 quiz exams. You have 2 weeks time period to pass one quiz exam. You have 1 hour time to make the quiz exam, but while the quiz exam is open you may do the exam unlimited number of times during this two weeks period. The highest score will be counted as final. These exams will be 20% of your course grade.
