He/she knows administrative procedure and responsibility of an official for the legality of his/her actions in public and private sector. Student recognizes forms of decision making and identifies proper solutions on guiding clients doing their decisions. Student knows effective methods of rehabilitation and assessment methods of the effectiveness of rehabilitation.

Qualifications
The student knows the key issues of rehabilitation service systems, legislation, assessment of rehabilitation needs, rehabilitation process and methods of counselling.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
Pass: Student proves skills of good administrative procedure and decision making under assignments. He/she can apply different decisions´forms in practice. Student knows some of the cost statistics databases of rehabilitation and can interpret key rehabilitation cost statistics. Student is able to analyze concepts of effectiveness in rehabilitation service and evaluate results of effectiveness researches.

Teaching methods
The course is organized online studies. In the course the flipped learning is apply including pre assignment before each contact webinar. In addition there are both individual and group assignments.
