Objective

The student acknowledges the impact of digital services for competitive advantage and is able to develop digital business models. The student can design digital service concepts and develop services within a multichannel environment for different types of stakeholders. The student is able to create online value propositions for different types of stakeholders. The student is able to develop, plan and implement the ways companies can acquire, sell, serve and retain customers for digital services, and is familiar with digital service channels, tools, solutions and platforms. The student is able to plan and implement a service development project for a new or existing digital service.

Qualifications

Completed higher education degree (Bachelor's level)

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student has completed the learning tasks of the course and has demonstrated mastery of the basic content of the course. There is considerable room for improvement in applying the knowledge to professional situations and/or in sharing expertise.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student has performed well overall in the course assignments. They have been an active learner both individually and as part of a team. The student has demonstrated the ability to apply knowledge and practices acquired from literature, lectures, and other sources in tasks that analyse and develop working life.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student has successfully completed all parts of the course with distinction. They have demonstrated interest and motivation to learn both individually and as part of a team, and have shared their expertise with others. The student has mastered the course content and skilfully applies knowledge acquired from literature, lectures, and other sources in tasks analysing and developing working life.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student has completed the course assignments and demonstrated mastery of the basic content of the course. There is much room for improvement in applying knowledge to workplace situations and/or in sharing expertise.
