The students are familiar with the tasks and procedures at a construction site. They are able to make schedules and allocate resources for a project. They are able to plan, implement and monitor the costs of a construction project and, if necessary, react to deviations.

The students are familiar with the most common materials, components and equipment. They understand the working principles of machines and equipment used in construction work. They are familiar with the procedures used at a construction site and are able to take occupational safety into account.

The students are able to manage, develop and carry out construction projects while promoting the competitiveness of the organisation. They are able to make schedules, allocate resources and manage construction projects.

The students are able to plan and manage personnel resources. They are familiar with the methods of human resource management and are able to act in different supervisory situations.
