1,5 hour contact session (lecture and online activities) per week for 14 times. and additional videolectures via ZOOM/OPTIMA
This module be implemented as in online mode during spring 2021 and it will start out with an orientation lectures, group discussions and cases on legal framework for international contract law and intellectual property law. The contact sessions will provide knowledge needed in various real-life business situation and negotiations. Students will be able to apply their learnings with a case work during the course.

The exam will be held in the end of course as a online exam. The precise dates of the exams may still be announced in the course opening information.
Student has the right for 2 re-takes if the 1st would be failed.
