    Learning outcomes of the course
    The students are able to work in teaching and guiding tasks. They are able to work responsibly and command good social interaction skills. They are aware of the challenges of continued professional growth.
    Prerequisites and co-requisites
    The students are acquainted with the principles of music education and understand the diverse concepts of learning as concerns music learning. They understand the significance of teaching plans as basis for teaching. The studens are familiar with the music institutes' activities and team work. They have the readiness for developing reflective teaching and understand the principles of portfolio work.
    Course contents
    Planning, implementation and evaluation of teaching and guiding practices.
    Responsible activity in diverse work tasks.
