    Learning outcomes of the course
    Students will master the basics of company strategy, customers and human resource management in various business organizations, and will be aware of and have adopted the working methods and tools that are used in supervisory tasks. The student is able to apply the basics of strategic management from a management perspective.

    Sufficient (1): Student has gained knowledge of course objectives but faces challenges to utilize them in practice.

    Assessment criteria - grade 3 and 4
    3: Student understands all the subjects described in the learning outcomes and is able to apply the skills he or she has learned.
    4: Student has attained an excellent level in almost all the subjects described in the learning outcomes and is able to apply the skills he or she has learned.
    Assessment criteria - grade 5
    5: The student has attained an excellent level in all subjects described in the learning outcomes and is able to apply the skills he or she has learned.
