Objective

Students will master the basics of company strategy, customers and human resource management in various business organizations, and will be aware of and have adopted the working methods and tools that are used in supervisory tasks. The student is able to apply the basics of strategic management from a management perspective.

Student workload

One credit corresponds to an average of 27 hours of work, which means that the load of e.g. five credits is approximately 135 hours. The load is distributed in different ways depending on the course implementation.

Qualifications

The students are able to find information independently and to prepare reports. They have the basic knowledge of processes of a company.
