This is a distance learning implementation in the Moodle learning environment: https://moodle.jamk.fi/course/view.php?id=6578.
The course starts on January 23rd 2023 and ends April 30th 2023.
There is no face-to-face learning in the distance learning implementation, but participation in online meetings may be required. You mostly work independently, but you will also do some group work.
In the distance learning implementation, your device is required to be compatible with the Moodle learning environment. You must have a good command of the learning environment and different presentation tools, e.g. Zoom. You need a headset, a web camera, and a working internet connection.
The distance learning implementation includes both oral and written exercises, and learning assignments which are assessed. The oral learning assignments can be recordings, videos, or online meetings. You are required to use a web camera and prove your identity while doing oral assignments and in exams.
All assignments of the course must be done between January 23rd - April 30th 2023.
The assignments in Moodle learning environment are divided into sections as follows:
- section 1 open 23.1.-12.2.2023
- section 2 open 20.2.-19.3.2023
- section 3 open 20.3.-9.4.2023
Oral exams are being held via Zoom application. Enrollment at Moodle learning environment before midnight on Sunday April 9th 2023.
You can participate in the oral exam on following dates & times:
- Tuesday April 18th at 13, 13.30 or at 14.30 PM
- Wednesday April 19th at 12, 12.30, 13.30 or at 14 PM
- Tuesday April 25th at 12, 12.30 or at 13.30 PM
- Wednesday April 26th at 13, 13.30, 14.30 or at 15 PM
Written exams are being held at Rajakatu campus. Enrollment at Moodle learning environment before midnight on Sunday April 9th 2023.
You can participate in the written exam on following dates & times:
- Monday April 24th at 10.30-12.45, classroom G202
- Thursday April 27th at 12.15-14.30, classroom G202
- Friday April 28th at 12.15-14.30, classroom G202
In case the times of the written exam above are not suitable for the student, the student may take the exam in an Exam-studio. Contact the teacher for more information or see these: https://oppimateriaalit.jamk.fi/examstudio/ & https://e-exam.fi/exam-tenttivierailu/.
Times for retakes: please contact the teacher.
The possible retake/-s need to be taken during the autumn semester 2023.
Teacher’s material will be used on the course.
Support material is provided by the teacher during the course if needed.
