Objective

Purpose of the course

The purpose of the study course is to increase your key skills to work in various health care work communities and roles. You will learn to understand the importance of management and communication for work well-being and team effectiveness. Your cost-conscious way of thinking develops. You will learn to evaluate the operation and quality of your professional field from different perspectives.

The principles of team operation and the development of teamwork.
Roles, responsibilities, interaction and leadership in a team. Conflicts and their resolution. Self-management and self-direction in teamwork. Responsible action and sustainable development of the work community. Well-being at work and working life legislation. Cost-conscious operation, principles of cost-effectiveness and their application in the health sector. Quality work and quality assessment.
