Objective
The participants can focus their creativity on the production of successful products and services. They are able to create versatile ideas for finding new solutions to clients’ challenges, and to launch their own ideas both within the organisation and at the customer interface. The participants have a comprehensive understanding of innovation theories.

Innovation, the management of innovation, product development and research work creating innovations
Qualifications
Basic skills in the development of personal competence and team learning, project work and team activity, and the "feeding" of creativity.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Self-assessment, coach-assessment and peer-assessment of the aforementioned implementations. The coach determines the final grade.
