Objective
The students master the essential principles of leadership and can identify the competencies needed in managerial work. They are familiar with the factors which contribute to the creation of a functioning work community. They understand the challenges set by the role of manager in an organization and can look for means to solve problem situations in the work community.
Content
The central principles and implementation methods of managerial work. Problem situations in a work community and the role of manager in solving the problems (role play exercises). The relationship of manager with him/herself, coping and development in managerial work (visits by persons in managerial positions).
