Osaamistavoitteet

The students have basic leadership skills through understanding the different dynamics in place and by developing strategies for dealing with those dynamics.

Main Skills Acquired: Choosing an effective leadership style, managing self and self-image, managing one-to-one relationships, developing others, leading and working in groups and teams, creative problem-solving, selling ideas and persuasive campaigning, consultancy, negotiation and bargaining, and planning and managing personal development.
